Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. Return items back within: 30 days of delivery. If your order is returned in perfect condition – still in existing packaging – a refund will be provided, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Please note all fabric and wallpaper orders are non-refundable. Due to colour batch differences.

Other items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns cannot be accepted for:

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Cancellations

I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

How soon will I get my refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 working days.

Colour quality on computer screens varies – you may find when the product arrives that the colour differs from that on your screen. By placing the order you have accepted that this is the case.
